Traffic Circles - according to LAW

It's a painful and controversial subject. Nobody seems to know what to do. Well, Larry's Aerobic Workout (LAW) has the answer.

After much thought, and a bit of research here it is in a nutshell:

   1. When approaching a traffic circle, the circle has the "right of way". Do not enter when traffic approaches in either lane. (Note 1)

   2. Rule of the road: You cannot cross a "dotted" line (change lanes) unless you signal AND there is no car in the other lane (2010 FL Driver's Handbook) (Note 2)

Note 1: The center lane does not have a "dotted" line at most exits and so traffic is not required to signal or yield.

Note 2: The right lane has a "dotted" line at most exits and crossing it to continue around the circle IS a lane change.
