We begin the week with our high energy, total fitness routine including:

- Warmup and stretch
- Cardio kickstart
- Round 2 Energy booster
- Marathon aerobics
- Upper body: arms, chest, back, shoulders
- Deep water, abs, and core workout
- Stretch and cool down
This is a complete fitness program. I keep the class challenging and fun. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, and I set a pace a little more agressive to give you something to work toward. If you stay with me, in just a couple of weeks you will notice significant improvement, flexibility, stamina, strength, and control.
