This is where you'll find all the information about a workout with Larry at the Savannah Sports Pool in The Villages and check the pool status. If there's a weather problem or closure that I know about, I'll post it on the Home Page.

Remember, we'll work out whenever anyone shows up to the class. I've had as few as 1, and as many as 80. Lowest temperature was 53, and we even had a workout in pouring rain.

It's fun and exciting. Keep coming. If there is a pool closing, I'll try to let you know right here, but if in doubt, call the Savannah Center. The key to success is to commit to every class for at least 2 months.

So, bookmark the home page or put a link on your desktop and check it regularly.

The workout routine depends on a lot of things, but usually the sequence is pretty well set. This is primarily because program I present is sytematic and provides a full-body workout. Variations tend to skip over some areas and emphasize others, so I will insert them occasionally, but I prefer to stay with the program for maximum benefit.

My goal is to challenge every class member. So, my pace will usually be faster than most people can manage. I really want everyone to increase their endurance and ability steadily over time.
