Hi Larry,

I want to Thank you for helping me with yours exercise classes in Hacienda swimming pool. Here is the reason for this E-mail I'm fighting with diabetes for a long time and your classes works for me like magic a few times I measure level of my sugar before I went to your class - around 120 points and after the class level went down between 94-102, unbelievable but it's working like charm. THANK YOU again.
